Hi, I’m Samantha, the owner of 415 Notary and a California Notary Public with over five years of experience.

I’m based in Petaluma and provide mobile notary services throughout Sonoma and Marin Counties.

Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals, families, attorneys, escrow and title professionals, businesses, and senior communities, helping make important signings as convenient and straightforward as possible.

I created this resource center to share practical information about notarization in California - from what identification to bring and how to prepare for an appointment to navigating less familiar situations like hospital signings, estate planning documents, and certified vital-record requests.

When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my daughter, Catalina, and dog, Stinson and enjoying everything the North Bay has to offer.

Need a notary? I’m available for mobile appointments 7 days a week throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties.
